GREAT NEWS!!! Casey will be just fine nothing serious. Turns out she has a hot spot on her check .. could have been from a spider bite. She is allways looking in the wood pile out side for lizards. The vet cleaned her up and gave her antibiotics. She looks so funny because for now she has to ware one of those e collars. I will take a picture later and post it but like I said the best news is she will be just fine. More to post maybe later.
Let's face it - English is a crazy language.---------------------------You lovers of the English language might enjoy this . There is a two-letter word that perhaps has more meanings than any other two-letter word, and that is "UP."
It's easy to understand UP, meaning toward the sky or at the top of the list, but when we awaken in the morning, why do we wake UP? At a meeting, why does a topic come UP? Why do we speak UP and why are the officers UP for election and why is it UP to the secretary to write UP a report?
We call UP our friends. And we use it to brighten UP a room, polish UP the silver, we warm UP the leftovers and clean UP the kitchen. We lock UP the house and some guys fix UP the old car. At other times the little word has real special meaning. People stir UP trouble, line UP for tickets, work UP an appetite, and think UP excuses. To be dressed is one thing but to be dressed UP is special.
And this UP is confusing: A drain must be opened UP because it is stopped UP. We open UP a store in the morning but we close it UP at night.
We seem to be pretty mixed UP about UP! To be knowledgeable about the proper uses of UP, look the word UP in the dictionary. In a desk-sized dictionary, it takes UP almost 1/4th of the page and can add UP to about thirty definitions. If you are UP to it, you might try building UP a list of the many ways UP is used. It will take UP a lot of your time, but if you don't give UP, you may wind UP with a hundred or more. When it threatens to rain, we say it is clouding UP. When the sun comes out we say it is clearing UP.
When it rains, it wets the earth and often messes things UP.
When it doesn't rain for awhile, things dry UP.
Fess UP...you like this!
One could go on and on, but I'll wrap it UP, for now my time is UP, so............ Time to shut UP.....!

Did you know that those who appear to be very strong in heart, are real weak and most susceptible?
Did you know that those who spend their time protecting others are the ones that really need someone to protect them?
Did you know that the three most difficult things to say are:
I love you, Sorry and help me
Did you know that those who dress in red are more confident in themselves?
Did you know that those who dress in yellow are those that enjoy their beauty?
Did you know that those who dress in black, are those who want to be unnoticed and need your help and understanding?
Did you know that when you help someone, the help is returned in two folds?
Did you know that it's easier to say what you feel in writing than saying it to someone in the face? But did you know that it has more value when you say it to their face?
Did you know that if you ask for something in faith, your wishes are granted?
Did you know that you can make your dreams come true, like falling in love, becoming rich, staying healthy, if you ask for it by faith, and if you really knew, you'd be surprised by what you could do.
But don't believe everything I tell you, until you try it for yourself, if you know someone that is in need of something that I mentioned, and you know that you can help, you'll see that it will be returned in two-fold.
Today, I give you the ball of FRIENDSHIP .
This was on of those e mails you get that says you have to send it or else you will have bad luck for ever. I rareely send them on I dont have time to do that. I did however slightly alter this one so I can share it with all my Xanga friends. No need to send it to a thousand of you friends just enjoy.
I have to go for an mri this mornign on my lungs. I had a pulmonary functon test yesterday It was not great but it is not real bad either. Still trying to quit smoking maybe this time will be a charm.
I have to take my dog to the vet today. I am worried about her. she has a sore on her cheek that is oozing and it smells. She has an absese or something and I dont know from where or why. I will not be the pet owner that ignors something like this. I have had her since a puppy. She is now 7 years old and my best friend. Lets just hope that it is not something serious. HUGS to all have a great day.

Awww Val thanks so much for the animations. Cute real cute! Well I went to the doctor today to get the news about my A1C. For those who dont know it is a measurement of a persons blood sugar levels over a 3 month period. Any way mine is a 8. That still is not good but it is not badbecause I am improving. Last one I was at a 10.5. The doctor did increase my night time insulin. Now I have to take 50 units at night. Incresased my colesterol meds and he gave me a perscription for a new medication to stop smoking. Very expensive even with insurance but hey I would spend it on cigarettes any way right. I am at least going to try real hard. I have to keep remembering what smoking did to my mom. have to run much to do I have therapy for my back tomorrow. HUGS

Well Dad has been transferred to State Prison. I won't know what one and where toll after he is proccessed. I don't mean to sound selfish or unappreciative of my Dad but I am kind of relaxed knowing that I do not have to run up to the jail this Sunday and sit there for a visit through a piece of glass. He Thinks that this is going to be a walk in the park. He really does not know what he is in for. I worry about him being there with he being an older man but, I do know that he is there because of what he has done and he has to pay for that.
I am getting ready to tell my son that lives with me if he does not work at least 30 hours per week he can not stay here. He does not do anything around here in the way of chores, he lives here for next to nothing. I still have to clean up after him and he is going to be 21 years old. It is about time he grows up and takes care of his self. I can not keep doing it. It is that time in my life I want to do for me.
I have finally filed divorce papers on my husband. Should only take about 90 days cuz I don't know where he is at. I just do not want him to be able to have half of anything that I have worked for. That is why after 17 years of not knowing where he is at now is the time to do this.
Special thanks to pepsiluver for the animations. So glad that you are back we have missed you.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
1. Jesus Christ
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.
YOU MIGHT WANT TO PASS THIS ON, AS MANY SEEM TO FORGET BOTH OF THEM.

We are going to watch it for another 6 months and if it does not correct it self I am going to have to have laser surgury on my eye. Kind of scary but I will do what it takes to save my eye site. That is all for now. I will try to visit all later. HUGS
